The staff of galaxy bingo were great to work with, i learned a lot, from loading an ATM machine, dealing with different suppliers, different customers and staying calm under pressure. The job was a challenge but i enjoyed it, dealing with different people everyday & also your regular customers. YOU WILL NEED MICROSOFT IE TO VIEW THIS SITE
I apologize to all of you who had to switch to IE to get to this site. My site has been stolen five times - no, not parts - the whole thing - downloaded on their computers/servers and uploaded to their sites then calling it their own. To top it off, people were downloading pictures so generously donated by people and selling them on Ebay or using them on their own sites without permission of the owners (NO, the pictures AREN’T public domain. This site and all the pictures on it are protected by the DMC and is under copyright), and lastly, people have been stealing it to use as descriptions for their on-line auctions. As some of you remember, this site was once wide open and the pictures large and beautiful, but unfortunately, due to the scum of the Earth also having access to the internet, I had to take these measures.
Please do not write to me and complain unless you can tell me how to keep the scum from getting to this site. I’ve filtered my e-mail program to automatically delete e-mails containing certain ’complain’ words. The only ones who have a right to complain are the individuals who have made a monetary or informational donation to this site and those e-mail addresses have been accepted by the filters.
Also, please do not write asking for copies of the pictures or information on this site without being prepared to pay for it. It has gotten to the point that I was spending so much time looking for pictures and copying and pasting information for people that the site was being neglected. I will send you a scan of the picture without distortion for a donation of $2.25 per picture to cover the time I spend complying with your request. This DOES NOT INCLUDE the pictures donated by individuals. I will have to contact the donators to get their permission and obviously, because of the extra work, your request will be put on the back burner. Just click on my donator’s page to make the donation and then e-mail me telling me what photographs. The information on this site will only be given to people who are willing to sign a document stating they are not using this information for any money-making ventures including books, TV, movies, etc. I will charge for this work based upon what you want. Please e-mail me with what you want and I will send back my charges for it. If you change the subject matter of your e-mail I will not receive it.
Last but not least, remember the old saying - Don’t complain when its free - well, please live by that saying while visiting my site. Please believe me when I say I really truly don’t want your opinion, warnings, sarcasm, etc. Unless you have paid over $25,000 to put up a site just to have it stolen, I just don’t care.
Suggestion: You may want to turn your pop-off protector while visiting this site. I have different pieces of information opening in new windows so people won’t lose their place.
Welcome to the most detailed history of the Las Vegas Strip on the internet today!
The Strip is a world of its own. Where else can you go to visit Egypt, New York, the Tropics, King and Queens, Rome/Greece, Hollywood, and much more all on one street? This is the street of lights, excitement, and dreams. Some dreams come true becoming great successes and others sadly die. The Strip is competitive and one only has to look down the street at night to see this. Each property has to not only keep up with the others, but to also attract and keep their visitors. All of this takes nerve, imagination, and creativity. Just take a good look at any of these structures. There is creativity all around them. The dreams of owners, architects, designers, interior decorators, and employees are all wrapped up into these architectural wonders. Please click here if you would like to read about how this site came to be and the wonderful people who contributed their information, pictures, or memories. I also listed the resorts the helped me and the ones who didn’t. (This will open in a new window).
This is the visionaries’ site. From the individuals who looked at three miles of desert road and saw a dream, a street like no other - to the present dream weavers who see a different Strip, a prettier one, a bigger one. Sure, some of the dreams died or were replaced, but the point is they tried, and to some extent or for some short period of time, they succeeded. Each of them bucked warnings and laughs, and some even gave their lives to make their dreams come true. Their message to you is the next time you have a vision, a dream, and people tell you you’re crazy or it could never be done, come back to this site and visit these people and what they created. Picture a three mile desert road, and see it after the dream weavers arrived - castles, exploding volcanos, sultans, the old west, pirate fights, flamingos, animal habitats, dancing waters, and cities such as New York, Paris and Venice. If they can see a dream and make it reality, so can you!

’What I love the most about this town is the terrific opportunity it presents to those with the imagination and daring to build new must-see properties. Where else could you find a pyramid next to Camelot, next to the Statue of Liberty and Monte Carlo, an Italian lake next to the Roman Empire. Here this madness is okay. Any place else they’d lock you up. The best is yet to come. The next five years will see a renaissance of entertainment here.’ - Steve Wynn, February 1, 2000 - creator of Mirage, Treasure Island, Bellagio and Wynn ResortGalaxy Bingo Monte Casino Cripple Creek

The casino operator says it is faced with the uncertainty of when its casinos will be allowed to reopen and the restrictions they may face.
Tsogo Sun Gaming says it was on track to show growth for its 2020 financial year - until the middle of March when President Cyril Ramaphosa declared a national state of disaster due to Covid-19. As a result, the spread of the coronavirus and government’s regulatory restrictions negatively impacted its business. All the group’s casinos, which include Montecasino and Gold Reef City in Gauteng, Hemmingways in East London and The Caledon in the Western Cape, amongst others closed on 25 of March and have remained shut since. So have its Galaxy Bingo sites.
The casino operator said the lockdown reduced income growth by about 3% in the year to end-March, leaving it just 1% higher at R11.7 billion. It incurred exceptional losses of R2 billion, mostly due to impairments of intangibles due to the extended lockdown and uncertainty for the sector. Operating profit declined by 67% to R1 billion. Earnings per share (EPS) fell 87% to 19.6c while adjusted headline EPS - which exclude the impairments - came in 24% lower at 137.6c. It hasn’t declared a final dividend, leaving its total dividend for the year 86% lower at 26c per share.
Tsogo said it had developed a robust strategy of enhanced hygiene and social distancing that would enable it to operate successfully once it operations were allowed to reopen. The hospitality and tourism industries have been impacted the most as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic,’ Tsogo Sun said.Galaxy Bingo Monte Casino Bingo ’The group is currently faced with the uncertainty of when its various divisions will be able to commence trade and if so, under which restrictions.’
Its shares fell 0.6% to R4.88 yesterday.
